EURO KONCEPT
GROUPAUTO CZ&SK continues to grow and improve its service network, with a goal of reaching 400 members by the end of this year. Currently, the service network is the largest in the Czech Republic in terms of the number of service providers. The focus for 2025 is to further expand the network of "Euroservice" to provide professional services for small fleets, an area the company is prioritizing this year.
Looking ahead, GROUPAUTO CZ&SK plans to conduct a thorough audit of the entire network to ensure all service providers meet its high standards for equipment and quality. Additionally, thanks to the GNM program, all orders will be processed within this system starting in mid-2025. After successful trials with two fleets, the GNM program will become the main system for order processing, streamlining operations across the network. After initial delays, GROUPAUTO CZ&SK plans to launch the EK service network project in Slovakia later this year.

EK fleet
The number of fleet partners at GROUPAUTO CZ&SK is steadily increasing, surpassing the significant milestone of 1,000 orders per month for the first time in January. This year, the focus is on small fleets, with new partnerships already in place with Medi Clinic and Met Gas. One of the biggest challenges is securing a contract with Bolt, a move that would significantly expand the company’s fleet services.
Currently, the first orders are being processed through the call center, with plans to transition all orders to the GNM program. By leveraging services from Haynes Pro, the GNM program guarantees that repairs are completed according to vehicle manufacturer specifications, reducing administrative overhead and speeding up the approval process. As a result, GROUPAUTO CZ&SK has already achieved the milestone of being the second-largest fleet provider in the Czech Republic, exceeding its initial goals ahead of schedule.
