Focused on the future

In November 2024, industry leaders gathered at the PROFI SERVICE TAGE exhibition in Frankfurt, with the theme "Focused on the Future" setting the stage for discussions and innovations. The exhibition spanned two floors, covering approximately 18,000 m², hosted over 140 exhibitors and drew more than 9,000 trade visitors.

Among the many highlights were manufacturers of garage equipment, hand tools, special tools, and service providers, all presenting the latest product innovations, repair methods, and emerging industry trends. The event reinforced its value as a key networking platform for professionals to exchange knowledge and ideas.

Investing in the next generation

COPARTS/GROUPAUTO Germany is committed to fostering the future of the industry by prioritizing electromobility and its impact on thermal management, as well as modern driver assistance systems. A significant part of this effort is the continued investment in training and education through initiatives like the MotorKolleg training facility. Following the successful launch of the Young Talent Workshop in 2024, the program will continue in 2025.

This initiative is designed for trainees within the COPARTS network, offering them valuable qualifications in areas such as air conditioning systems and airbags. By providing these opportunities, the program not only enhances the skills of future industry leaders but also serves as a tool for employee retention, ensuring that trainees feel valued by their employers.

Expanding the CAR1 brand

COPARTS is expanding its portfolio by entering the tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) market under its own CAR1 brand. This system, covering 97% of all vehicles in the European market, represents a strategic move to offer comprehensive solutions that meet the growing needs of modern vehicles. With this new addition, COPARTS continues to solidify its position as a key player in the automotive aftermarket.

Accelerating IT development

In response to the growing demands of digitalization, COPARTS continues to advance its DOLPHIN IT system to ensure its partner garages are well-prepared for the digital age. New modules are regularly integrated into the COPARTS ONLINE system, which can now be accessed via a mobile app. The addition of FleetNI Booking further streamlines the process, allowing garage appointments to be scheduled quickly and easily. These enhancements align with the growing demands of modern drivers and fleet operators, providing the efficiency and flexibility required in today's fast-paced automotive environment.

Advancing fleet and claims management

COPARTS' service company G.A.S. has partnered with leading industry players such as ZF, Mahle, SKF, and Valeo to push for greater transparency in parts cost assessments during insurance claims. This collaboration aims to improve the accuracy and fairness of parts cost evaluations, helping to drive a more transparent and efficient process for both garages and customers.

Looking ahead: PROFI SERVICE TAGE 2025

The next edition of the PROFI SERVICE TAGE exhibition will take place on 15-16 November 2025 in Frankfurt. COPARTS is excited to return, sharing new ideas and innovations that will shape the future of the automotive aftermarket. Additionally, PROFI SERVICE DIGITAL is scheduled for May 2025, offering a digital platform for showcasing the latest industry trends and technologies.
