The journey starts here! Welcome to the registration of our Global Congress in Tenerife! The registration process is a two-step process.

Please read all instructions below: SCROLL DOWN FOR THE REGISTRATION FORM!

REGISTER UNTIL 30th JUNE

COMPLETE ALL (TRAVEL) DETAILS UNTIL 29th JULY

REGISTRATION: Until 30^th of June register all participants from your company. After this date no more persons can be added (although attendants can still be replaced).
1. Register yourself: Enter your personal details (incl. company name & address). Some details are pre-filled.
  1. Click on “SAVE” at the bottom of the form. Once you are registered, your name will appear on the left-hand side under “Participant List" (Don't forget to refresh the page).
  2. Next time you come back to the form, the details already entered, will show up and you can continue filling in the form.
  3. Should you like to correct pre-filled data in your registration form, go to the link “My Account” (My Cyberpass") at the top menu of the homepage to make these changes. Please make sure you spell your name correctly respecting upper and lower case, as your name badges will be produced based on this data!
  4. SCROLL DOWN FOR THE REGISTRATION FORM!
2. If you want to register an accompanying person sharing the room with you, go the field “type of room” and choose “double” or “twin” room. Extra fields will appear below to register this person. You will see on the left-hand side that the number 2 appears behind your name for two people registered on your behalf.
3. If you want to register team members, make sure you are an administrator (contact Christiane.Labitzke@groupauto.com).
  1. the colleagues you want to register need an access account for the platform first. Otherwise their names will not show up in the drop-down list of the registration form. They can create an account to the platform here: Cyber One2One - GROUPAUTO (cyber-one2one.com), on the left-hand side “REGISTER NOW”.
ENTER TRAVEL DETAILS: Until 29^th of July, complete the registration form with your travel details.
