Recent months within the EuroWarsztat network have been marked by a clear strategic priority: investing in the future of the automotive industry through education, skills development, and workforce readiness.

As the sector undergoes rapid transformation—from digitalization to electromobility—access to qualified professionals remains one of its most pressing challenges. EuroWarsztat’s response combines ongoing workshop support with long-term initiatives aimed at preparing the next generation of mechanics and strengthening competencies across the sector.

Supporting Talent Through Education

A key focus has been active participation in nationwide educational initiatives designed for both students and professionals entering the industry.

Among them, Wyscig Talentów 2025 (Race of Talents 2025) brought together nearly 8,000 students from across Poland, culminating in a final attended by representatives of the EuroWarsztat and NexDrive networks. The initiative reinforced the importance of connecting education with practical workshop experience.

EuroWarsztat also continued its support for Mistrzostwa Mechaników, one of the country’s largest educational events for young and professional mechanics. Together with NexDrive, the network supported three competition categories: Young Mechanic, Professional Mechanic, and Electromobility, highlighting the growing importance of modern technical skills.

Bringing Training Directly to Schools

The network also took part in Akademia MIodego Mechanika On Tour, an initiative delivering practical training directly to technical and vocational schools.

Through direct contact with students, the program introduces modern diagnostic solutions, workshop realities, and professional development opportunities, while demonstrating that today’s automotive workshop is increasingly technology driven.
