Norway hits new EV record
In August 2024, electric vehicle registrations in Norway reached a record high, accounting for 94.3% of total registrations. The country aims for “zero emissions” by 2025, a decade ahead of the European Union's target. The Tesla Model Y SUV was particularly popular, capturing 18.8% of total sales, while the Hyundai Kona and Nissan Leaf also ranked among the top-selling models.
