This year’s ProfiService Partners Conference, part of the automotive parts dealer network, was held in Linz and Freistadt. The popular annual event successfully combined expert insights, networking opportunities for partners and suppliers, and entertainment. The conference began on Thursday, September 12th, in Linz, featuring a special ceremony to recognize significant membership anniversaries and honor partners with the highest sales of mobility guarantees. These guarantees play a crucial role in fostering strong customer loyalty and have been well-received by both service partners and their clients. The top-performing partner, who sold an impressive 600 guarantees in a single year, was awarded an appreciation certificate during the evening ceremony.
On the second day, attendees visited ATP Managing Director Andreas Kralik’s facility in Freistadt, where they toured the well-stocked warehouse and observed efficient order processing, made possible by modern parts ordering systems and well-trained staff. At the workshop of the Upper Austrian auto parts partner, Bosch representatives demonstrated their innovative multi-diagnostic tools, enabling independent workshops to service a wide range of vehicle makes and models.

The ATP workshop network, consisting of 39 companies, continues to demonstrate stable growth. Recently, the network expanded through the acquisition of BKT’s operations following its insolvency in Dornbirn. Long-time employee Martin Meyer has been appointed Operational Managing Director at the Dornbirn site, while Marion Aichinger from ATP's Amstetten headquarters has assumed the role of Economic Managing Director.
The Vorarlberg team currently consists of three employees, with plans to hire an additional staff member. The facility has resumed its full range of products and services, including friction linings for cable cars and specialized vehicles, now available to the entire ATP Group.
