MAN and E.ON to build 170 electric charging stations across Europe

Truck manufacturer MAN and energy company E.ON have announced their plan to build 170 electric charging stations across Europe, featuring a total of 400 charging points for electric trucks. This initiative aims to strengthen a network that is currently minimal on the continent. According to a press release from the two German companies, the first 80 stations are expected to be operational by the end of 2025. Of the planned stations, 125 will be in Germany, while the remaining will be distributed across Austria, the UK, Denmark, Italy, Poland, the Czech Republic, and Hungary. Each station will be equipped with multiple charging points, each capable of delivering 400 kW of power.
