This year marked the inaugural Young Talent Workshop 2024, part of the extensive training offerings at the COPARTS MotorKolleg. This workshop is specifically designed for third-year trainees within the COPARTS community, focusing on air conditioning servicing and airbags. Participants took a specialized exam and received certificates in both areas. This program, not included in the standard training curriculum, adds significant value for all attendees. The Young Talent Workshop is a vital part of the employee retention strategy, aimed at providing young professionals with further training and recognition. It will be an essential component of the training courses at the MotorKolleg in 2025.
