One of the biggest challenges facing today’s multi-brand garages is access to up-to-date, high-quality training content tailored to the types of repairs they regularly encounter.

Recognizing this need, GROUPAUTO Unión Ibérica officially opened the CETEVI (Industrial Vehicle Technology Center) on 3 June 2024, designed to provide garages and clients within the group’s distributor network with in-house resources and comprehensive training services.

The new facility is located at 35 Resina Street, in the heart of an industrial area close to the group’s headquarters in Madrid, with excellent public transport links. The center occupies a fully renovated warehouse, specifically designed for this ambitious project. On the ground floor, it features a large, double-height, fully equipped classroom-garage designed for technical training on industrial vehicles, adjacent to a room that can accommodate up to 20 students.

Additionally, the first floor houses two more classrooms, with capacities of 10 and 40 people respectively, allowing the center to run up to three courses simultaneously and train up to 70 participants in one day. All the classrooms are air-conditioned and equipped with state-of-the-art audiovisual technology.

"This technology center will also focus on developing systems and services related to vehicle connectivity and the optimization of technical support platforms, all coordinated by the technical team that serves the TOP TRUCK network," said Jesus Camara, Network Coordinator for Spain and Portugal.
