EURO KONCEPT
At the end of September, GROUPAUTO CZ&SK successfully completed an audit of its network members as part of an ongoing effort to improve service quality and better respond to the evolving needs of fleet customers. This year, 68 members who did not meet the required standards were replaced by 68 new, high-quality, and well-represented workshops—underscoring the network's commitment to continuous improvement and excellence.
The group is proud to report that its annual targets have been met. The network now comprises 72 members under the Euroservice concept, all of whom are actively cooperating with fleet companies, and 328 members under the EUROGARAGE concept. Plans are in place to gradually integrate these additional EUROGARAGE workshops into the fleet service program, provided they fulfill all necessary requirements — including mandatory training, expanded service offerings, and the availability of high-quality replacement vehicles.

EK Fleet
As of this year, the network has processed over 9,000 fleet service orders, with the current network including 74 active fleet-certified members. The average order value has increased by 15% year-over-year, driven primarily by the successful launch of the electric vehicle (EV) service program tailored to fleet customers.
In addition to strengthening relationships with smaller local fleets, GROUPAUTO CZ&SK is currently in the final stages of a major tender with one of the largest operational leasing companies in the Czech Republic — a development that could significantly expand the network's market presence.
Significant improvements have also been made to the GNM software platform, enabling more efficient communication with clients and seamless order processing within the internal system. As the Czech market continues to shift away from private vehicle ownership toward operational leasing, fleet services are increasingly seen as the cornerstone of future business growth.
