Profi Service Tage 2025

The industry’s key networking and innovation event, PROFI SERVICE TAGE, returns to Frankfurt on 15–16 November 2025. As a major platform for the independent aftermarket, the trade fair promises fresh momentum and new ideas.

This year’s edition focuses on the continued development of the network, with particular emphasis on advancements in automotive technology, tools, workshop equipment, and vehicle parts. Visitors will gain direct insight into current trends and future-oriented topics, while engaging with 180 exhibitors from across the sector. With the continued rise of electric vehicles in Germany, many exhibitors will showcase cutting-edge workshop solutions, tools, and service innovations to help workshops meet the growing demands of the e-mobility market.

G.A.S. Partners with BMZ

As demand for EV-related services continues to grow, Global Automotive Service (G.A.S.), the service organization of COPARTS, is taking a pioneering step. G.A.S. has entered a strategic partnership with BMZ Germany, a leading battery manufacturer and energy storage specialist.

This marks the first time an independent aftermarket network in Germany has partnered directly with a battery technology provider. The collaboration aims to train affiliated workshops in battery repair processes — from diagnostics to recommissioning — significantly reducing costs for EV owners and providing added value for fleet operators and insurers. The "repair instead of replace" philosophy is expected to resonate particularly well with these customer segments.

Team Expansion

As of August 2025, Ralf Sisterman has taken on the role of System Manager for Workshop and Trade Concepts – Passenger Cars and Commercial Vehicles at COPARTS. In this capacity, he is responsible for engaging with shareholders to further develop system concepts and optimize the performance and reach of system partners.

A qualified automotive service advisor with a strong technical background, Mr. Sisterman brings extensive industry experience, including key positions in warranty and quality management within COPARTS shareholder companies. His familiarity with the COPARTS network will be instrumental in driving future development.

Private Label Development

COPARTS continues to strengthen its CAR1 private label. The product range is being expanded to include various engine oils and service items such as oil absorbent pads and cleaning cloths. These additions offer partner workshops a broader selection of professional-grade products for internal use or resale.

CAR1 Wheel Lift

In the area of workshop efficiency, COPARTS is launching an innovation: the CAR1 Wheel Lift. Designed for professional and ergonomic tire service, this tool improves both safety and productivity. COPARTS holds exclusive marketing rights for the product, ensuring its availability to partner workshops across the network.

Smarter Workshop Solutions

COPARTS is continuing to push the boundaries in digital workshop support. Its COPARTS ONLINE platform, now in its advanced DOLPHIN version, is being continuously enhanced with new features to help partner workshops thrive in a digital-first environment.

The system is now accessible via a mobile app, allowing technicians to access critical data on tablets — for example, during vehicle check-in. Additionally, the FleetNI Booking module enables customers and fleet operators to schedule workshop appointments with just a few clicks, aligning with modern expectations for convenience and speed.
