NTN Europe Enters Shock Absorber Manufacturing

NTN Europe has acquired a 35% stake in LTM, part of the Mecatech Group, to strengthen its foothold in the shock absorber segment. Building on a 2023 partnership and the launch of SNR-branded products, the investment will expand LTM’s capacity in Tunisia, enabling NTN Europe to evolve from distributor to full manufacturer.
The collaboration covers technical development, data management, and logistics, combining NTN’s expertise in wheel bearings, transmission joints, and suspension systems with LTM’s production capabilities.
