Driving Digital Profitability
Susana Alonso, Head of Digital Solutions and Profitability, provided an in-depth look at Autogest — TOP TRUCK’s proprietary workshop management platform. Already compliant with 2025’s mandatory electronic invoicing regulations, Autogest helps workshops control time, manage workflow through an integrated load planner, and optimize internal processes.
Training and AI as Growth Drivers
Manuel Castellón, Technical Director, reiterated the critical role of training as a competitive advantage. He presented updates on the hands-on courses offered at the TOP TRUCK Technical Center, alongside an expanded online training calendar that delivers flexible, interactive, and practical learning.
One of the meeting’s key highlights was the introduction of Remedios, TOP TRUCK’s groundbreaking AI-powered predictive management system, developed specifically for industrial vehicle workshops. This platform analyses customer fleet behavior and maintenance patterns to anticipate service needs, optimize scheduling, predict workloads, and improve overall productivity.
Fleet Agreements: Turning Strategy into Reality
Rubén Rubio, Head of Business Development, presented the impact of the Last Mile platform, which now connects over 200 active workshops with national and international fleets. With 400,000+ interventions recorded, the platform ensures service traceability and consistent quality.
“More than 200 workshops are already working with fleets via Last Mile. This isn’t a future goal — it’s a reality that’s driving business and building loyalty.” Rubio emphasized that TOP TRUCK is steadily growing its number of fleet operator partnerships, reinforcing its position as a strategic player in the industrial vehicle aftersales market.
A Network Built on Innovation and Growth
Closing the event, José Moreno, Director of the Heavy-Duty Division at GAUIb, reflected on the maturity of the network and the differentiated value TOP TRUCK is building in the market: “We’ve developed our own technology, expanded our national coverage, launched high-impact business lines like Last Mile, and created a tech center to fuel ongoing innovation — and we’ve done it all together, as a network.”
Looking Ahead
The 2025 National Meeting offered an opportunity to update workshops on new tools, review past results, and align on the network’s next strategic moves. Above all, it reinforced TOP TRUCK’s commitment to staying at the forefront of industry transformation — cementing its leadership as the most advanced heavy-duty workshop network in the Iberian Peninsula.
