‘TOP TRUCK On Tour 2023’ was the traveling event organized by GROUPAUTO Italia and dedicated to the network's workshops throughout Italy. It was organized to coincide with the ‘PuntoPRO On Tour 2023’ and all the activities and presentations were in common.
At each tour Stage, TOP TRUCK network workshops also had the opportunity to meet the suppliers that joined each event at stations specially created by GA; they were able to share important information about different parts.
The GA Truck Team’s presentation provided an opportunity for participating TOP TRUCK garages to familiarize themselves
with the programs and services the group makes available to their network to support them in their daily operations.
Important topics were covered, such as the great opportunities offered by fleets of international companies that request assistance from TOP TRUCK workshops in maintaining their vehicles. The benefits of services offered to the TOP TRUCK Network were discussed in depth: these enable workshops to be increasingly attractive to customers and rental fleets, with the latter representing an increasingly important customer category.
At each stage of the Tour, the best TOP TRUCK Workshops received a ‘Certificate of Excellence’ in several categories such as Performance, Network Belonging, Technical Training, and Assistance.
Wide visibility was given to the event on TOP TRUCK social networks, which posted every moment of all the stages, from the invitation to “get on board”, to information on how to reach the location of each stage,
to visibility for partner suppliers, to photos of the highlights of each stage and the award-winning workshops.
The communication plan for the entire event focussed on online communication tools. This included full details on the puntopro.it and toptruck.it websites, newsletters created ad hoc for each stage, reaching over 20,000 readers, and the creation of over 100 different graphics.
