BorgWarner tests hydrogen as a fuel in a diesel engine

American equipment manufacturers BorgWarner, specialists in injection, have developed a prototype, based on a utility vehicle, whose diesel engine runs on gaseous hydrogen as fuel. This technology could revive the thermal engine. The manufacturer has transformed a diesel engine, not with diesel, but with gaseous hydropgen stored in pressure tanks. The engine in this case was a 2.2 BlueHDI from a Peugeot Boxer and a Citroën Jumper for operation.
