Hino and Mitsubishi Fuso merge

The Japanese manufacturers Hino and Mitsubishi Fuso, subsidiaries of the Toyota and Daimler Truck groups respectively, will merge following a memorandum of understanding. This operation, which is carried out equally between the two shareholders, aims to create a globally competitive industrial vehicle brand. This merger also aims to find synergies in hydrogen, autonomous, or even electric solutions.
