TOP TRUCK 2023 WORLD CLASS WORKSHOP Awards

In 2021, GROUPAUTO International launched the WORLD CLASS WORKSHOP Awards

This award was created to recognize outstanding workshops in our EUROGARAGE and TOP TRUCK networks. Now in our third year, we are very proud to announce the winners of the 2023 WORLD CLASS WORKSHOP Awards for TOP TRUCK. To determine the winner, we contacted the various Network Managers from our international networks and asked them to nominate workshops in five categories.

The categories included:

World Class Branding
World Class Marketing
World Class Customer Service
World Class Fleet Service
World Class Performance

The 2023 World-Class Workshop Award winners were announced at the GROUPAUTO Congress in Istanbul in mid-October. As in previous years, the national Network Managers submitted nominations and provided supporting information to help GROUPAUTO International select the winners in each category.

This year we received nominations from throughout our national networks. After reviewing the nominations, GROUPAUTO International selected the 3^rd Place, 2^nd Place, and the Winner for each category. For TOP TRUCK, the Category Winners were selected from more than 900 TOP TRUCK workshops in 14 Countries.

Below are the 2023 TOP TRUCK Category Winners and Placeholders. These workshops excelled in one of the five individual categories: Branding, Marketing, Customer Service, Fleet Service, and Performance.

GROUPAUTO International then selected the Winners and Placeholders for the top award of WORLD CLASS WORKSHOP 2023. To win this award, the workshop had to excel in all five individual categories.

We would also like to congratulation the 2^nd Place workshop TALLERES MENDEZ MATELO, Spain (GROUPAUTO IBERICA), and the 3^rd Place workshop CLAUDIO AIR SERVICE, Italy (GROUPAUTO ITALY)!!!

The purpose of the TOP TRUCK Network is to maximize the opportunities for aftermarket workshops and to maximize the value of these workshops to vehicle owners and fleet operators. We are working to accomplish this via Standardization, Integration, and Cooperation throughout the network. It is vital that we transition from being a collection of independent national networks to being a single international network. This is what will allow us to compete in the future.

The WORLD CLASS WORKSHOP awards not only recognize some of our outstanding workshops, but also provide us with a benchmark for what our international network can achieve.
