GAUIb's network of industrial vehicle workshops, comprising TOP TRUCK and Intertrucks repairers in Spain and Portugal, presented their services, projects, and competitive advantages at a workshop session on 21st October 2023.

The aim was to ensure their member workshops remain the most digitally advanced, efficient, and profitable, as well as the most renowned and respected in a market characterized by intensifying competition and increasing technological changes.

Jose Moreno, director of GAUIb's V.I. division, opened the session by highlighting the consistency and strength of the Iberian network of TOP TRUCK and Intertrucks garages. This network has gained momentum since 2022 with the successful integration of four new partners into the V.I. division, expanding both volume and service offerings across the peninsula. Moreno emphasized the partners' commitment to a unified, modernized network that provides competitive advantages for workshops.

The session introduced the entire team supporting over 190 workshops in Spain and Portugal, including new young talent who support service management, training, technical assistance, supplier negotiation, digital platform development, corporate client agreements, and business training. Moreno likened the team's efforts to voyages to the New World, symbolizing their shared journey toward network efficiency and profitability.

Jesus Camara, Business Development Coordinator, outlined the strengths of GAUIb's V.I. workshop network with the integration of TOP TRUCK and Intertrucks into a single Iberian strategy. He emphasized qualitative growth, consolidating the network's current size and enhancing synergies across the Iberian market.

The team then engaged in a dynamic discussion moderated by mobility and after-sales specialist Raúl González, covering communication, training, technical assistance, diagnostic equipment, business coaching, centralized billing, and corporate client agreements.

In closing, Moreno reiterated the value proposition of the TOP TRUCK and Intertrucks workshop networks: offer digitized services to optimize work processes, enhance technical and business qualifications, attract and retain customers, and ensure profitability and success amidst an energy transition and the move towards sustainability.
