Symbio inaugurates its gigafactory in France

Symbio, a joint venture equally owned by Forvia, Michelin, and Stellantis, has inaugurated its first gigafactory, SymphonHy, located in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region of France. Representing the largest integrated fuel cell production facility in Europe, SymphonHy boasts state-of-the-art automation and robotics, facilitating large-scale industrial production. With a current production capacity of 16,000 systems, the facility is expected to ramp up to 50,000 systems by 2026.
