Stellantis teste e-fuels

In parallel with its commitment to sell 100% electric passenger vehicles in Europe by 2030, Stellantis is now testing the use of eFuels on European models produced since 2014 (Euro 6), to reduce carbon emissions further. The compatibility of eFuel fuels is tested on 28 engine families and could reduce CO2 emissions by up to 90%. This solution could be applicable to the 28 million Stellantis vehicles currently in circulation, with a potential reduction of 400 million tonnes of CO2 in Europe between 2025 and 2050.
