This year's EuroWorkshop Network Conference provided an excellent opportunity for knowledge exchange, establishing business contacts, and discovering industry innovations. The conference’s focus was on analysing the automotive workshop market in Poland and the network organizers’ actions as a result of these studies and analyses. Workshops face numerous challenges, including an ever-changing market, technological advancements, the growth of the car fleet in Poland, including the increasing presence of electric vehicles on the roads, and changing target customers for workshops and customer profiles.

An integral part of the EuroWorkshop Conference was the NexDrive network, launched last year, which is dedicated to servicing vehicles with alternative technologies. One element showcased the importance of expanding services and adapting workshops to cater to such vehicles. This involves acquiring the necessary knowledge, as well as proper service preparation concerning equipment, tools, protective materials, and mechanics’ qualifications. NexDrive service owners officially received starter packages, which will elevate the visual standards of their service and be used for brand promotion in the local market.

As is the case every year, EuroWorkshop network members had the opportunity to connect with partners, suppliers, and strategic sponsors during the trade fair. Participants could also explore the variety of parts and equipment at manufacturers’ booths and engage them in conversations in the dedicated area. These annual meetings strengthen business relationships, while strategic suppliers and sponsors remain present throughout the year in EuroWorkshop thanks to the EuroClub loyalty program, organized promotions, and training sessions.

Thanks to immense dedication and diligent work, four Polish EuroWorkshop network services were recognized in 2022 among the international EUROGARAGE group in four categories in the World-Class Workshop 2022 competition: Branding, Fleet Service, Performance, and World-Class Workshop. The annual conference served as the perfect occasion to present diplomas to the distinguished services by Robert Stevens, Director of Workshop and Technology Networks, during the ceremonial dinner. This extraordinary event marked the culmination of efforts to build a strong workshop community. This year’s conference left everyone with inspiration, new ideas, and an even greater determination to develop the workshop concept.
