More from the trade fair: at the eighth digital trade fair PROFI SERVICE DIGITAL, COPARTS offered a sales-orientated customer loyalty tool throughout May. As a result, COPARTS once again took a pioneering path for the automotive aftermarket and is combining an increasingly digitalised need for information and changed purchasing behaviour in one digital trade fair concept. The digital trade fair offered workshops, attractive trade fair prices for workshop equipment, commercial vehicle parts, and consumables. Industrial partners received an exclusive advertising and sales platform and achieve market awareness thanks to special, time-limited campaigns.

The next PROFI SERVICE DIGITAL is taking place in May 2024.

More personality: the PROFI SERVICE DAYS trade fair is taking place in Frankfurt again in November 2023 and will bring together innovations in the sector, ideas for the market, and impetus for partner businesses. COPARTS/GROUPAUTO Germany will inform its partner workshops and dealers about workshop equipment, tools, diagnostic technology, vehicle parts, and services involving vehicles and commercial vehicles. The event takes place 11^th-12^th November.

More CAR1: the COPARTS own-label CAR1 is successfully on the road with a programme that has been revised in many areas.

For example, as many as five new tyre fitting machines in different sizes and configurations for different needs have been added to the workshop equipment portfolio. There is an attractive CAR1 leasing model for all articles.

More media: new CAR1 workshop equipment has been presented in several short product videos for those who have not made up their mind yet. These videos explain the equipment’s’ advantages, main features, and properties to make it easier for workshops to decide on the right product for them. Specifications, special features, and application examples are explained by experts. For example, calibration video tutorials have been produced for tyre alignment machines, so that workshops will also be able to help themselves with smaller problems. More performance: The shareholders of GROUPAUTO Germany/COPARTS are forward-looking. With the takeover of the wholesaler Jakobs by Wütschner Fahrzeugteile and the wholesaler Göhrum by Lorch, COPARTS shareholders are equipping themselves for the future.

COPARTS shareholders are also strengthening their performance and are investing in expanding warehousing, sales channels, and sales territory. Wittich is building a new central warehouse with over 180,000 spare parts permanently on call. Heise u. Klatte is strengthening online sales through autoparts-online.de. And Küblbeck is taking over a branch in Innsbruck and is strengthening the sales region Tirol/South Tirol.
