The Tanauto Kazakhstan company has the only certified service for the replacement of oils and technical fluids in Ust-Kamenogorsk. The company has been successfully operating since 2015 in the field of regular car maintenance and provides services for the replacement of oil, technical fluids, pads, bulbs, and filters.
In the summer of 2023, another large branch opened, which can serve 1,100 customers per month; by the end of the year, the plan is to increase this figure to 2,000. The service area is 351 square metres. The unique location of the service, namely near the largest highway at the city’s entrance, attracts many customers from other regions, as well as serving cars that pass through.
The total number of professional employees is eight; as the number of customers grows, the staff will increase to 15 people (hopefully soon). All employees regularly undergo training and advanced training.
In addition, the network is extremely proud that servicing one client takes between 20 to 60 minutes. This is achieved due to the warehouse of spare parts for almost any brand and class.
