The EuroTaller Argentina network keeps expanding and, with over sixty garages, it now provides a broad service coverage across the country. In the last quarter, the network reached its objectives by incorporating fifteen new garages and reaching the northern provinces of Jujuy and Chaco. It now covers eighteen out of Argentina’s twenty-three provinces.

The aim is always to exceed customers’ expectations and reach the highest standards in quality service. Thus, supported by the network cornerstones, there is an excellent, full training programme that is constantly being enlarged. At the same time, new training plans for members are always being developed. All this provides a differentiating attribute that is highly valued by the network’s members.

The training programme does not only deal with technical and commercial aspects, run along with referenced suppliers. There is also a certification process for garage staff training through the EuroTaller Technician programme (Tecet: Técnico EuroTaller). This four-year technical course of studies, with an attendance requirement of over four hundred hours per year, has different subjects which include electricity, electronics, ignition, engines, and brakes, among others.

In addition, two new and very important training sessions have been implemented. The ‘EuroTaller Experience’ is a customised session to explain a step-by-step procedure for customer service. This comes with a procedure manual. The ‘EuroTaller Experience’ manual is a new, fundamental tool for improving and standardising the quality of service throughout the country, wherever the network is present. It covers all the instances of customer contact from reception to farewell and provides the basis for auditing garages too.
