The ‘PuntoPRO On Tour 2023’ was the traveling event organized by GROUPAUTO Italia and dedicated to the network’s workshops throughout Italy. It took place from mid-April and concluded its 12 stops at the end of June.
The ‘PuntoPRO on Tour 2023’ was an exciting journey across Italy. It was a beautiful and intense three months and the response from workshops, suppliers, and members was incredible: this demonstrates the importance of creating opportunities to meet, compare, plan new collaborations and activities. Participating garages were able to take advantage of two important chances to meet with suppliers, before the GROUPAUTO presentation and afterwards,
with a room set up specifically with stations for each supplier. Each supplier had the opportunity to showcase products by illustrating their qualities, providing participants with information regarding the latest market news in the spare parts field, and gathering feedback from the end users. In total, 21 supplier partners joined the Tour with a dedicated station.
The GROUPAUTO presentation provided an opportunity for participating garages to familiarize themselves with the programs and services that the group makes available to the network to support them in their daily business.
In addition, at each stage, PuntoPRO Workshops were the true stars as the best in each area were able to receive the ‘Certificate of Excellence’ in several categories such as: network belonging; fleet management; technical training; five-star rating; digital workshop; performance; services for drivers; and multiservice workshops. There were 92 certificates of excellence delivered in the special section dedicated to network awards for PuntoPRO and TOP TRUCK.
In total, there were more than 2,000 total participants and the van travelled nearly 6,000 kilometres.
The #inTour2023 van stopped for the summer, and then got back on the road to arrive on September 14th in Bologna. This stage had been postponed due to the bad weather that hit Emilia Romagna in May. It was a ruly special stage!
