EuroWarsztat and NexDrive have joined forces in the Mechanics Championships, a unique project uniting students, teachers, schools, and automotive industry leaders.

Throughout the year, they bring together thousands of young individuals eager to pursue careers as mechanics, along with experienced industry experts aiming to bridge the gap between education and the workforce needs of the automotive industry.

EuroWarsztat, partner in two final categories ‘Young Mechanic’ and ‘Professional Mechanic’, brings its extensive knowledge and two decades of network development to the table, aiming to leave a lasting impression on aspiring mechanics. With the special campaign #WiedzaZPowerem, young participants gain invaluable learning opportunities and essential practical skills as they embark on their professional paths.

During the Mechanics Championships, thousands of young people aspiring to work in car workshops are brought together.

To address these needs, a recruitment portal is being launched, allowing young mechanics to find employment, internships, or vocational training in EuroWarsztat and NexDrive network workshops. The main goal of the platform is to tackle one of the biggest challenges faced by car services - the shortage of qualified workers. Its inauguration will take place during the Mechanics Championships finals in April 2024 at the Poznan Motor Show, Poland's largest automotive trade fair.
