Stellantis introduces the STLA Large platform dedicated to BEV
Stellantis has introduced the STLA Large platform specifically designed for battery electric vehicles (BEVs). This platform boasts an impressive range of 800 km and offers remarkable versatility to accommodate various vehicle types. With its segment-leading features such as a 118-kWh onboard energy capacity, charging efficiency of 4.5 kWh per minute, and acceleration from 0-100 km/h in approximately 2 seconds, the STLA Large platform sets new standards. It supports both 400- and 800-volt BEV architectures and is suitable for sedan, crossover, and SUV designs in the D and E segments. Stellantis plans to launch eight models across five brands between 2024 and 2026 with this platform, starting with Dodge and Jeep, followed by Alfa Romeo, Chrysler, and Maserati.
