EURO KONCEPT

Euro Koncept service network underwent an audit at the end of last year, during which some members were replaced with new ones. It's evident that this continuous focus on quality improvement is translating into new orders for customers. Following the renewal, the network now has 343 members in total. Among them, 61 are Euroservice members and 282 are Eurogarage members.

The Euroservice group has experienced a significant increase in the number of new orders. It is now processing most of these new orders using GNM software, which, after recent modifications, will be fully

competitive with the order calculation software used in the Czech Republic.

In 2024, the network has set a goal to increase the number of members to 370, with 130 in Euroservice, aiming to become the largest service network for fleet customers in the Czech Republic.

Additionally, it is expanding the service concept into the Slovak Republic starting this year. The goal is to have 80 members in this area by year end. The growth in the Slovakian market will be overseen by its new member company, AZ CAR.

EK fleet

Following a major contract signing with a key fleet customer in the Czech Republic, EK service partners have seen orders soar to over 600 per month since the start of the year. This significant increase is a trend to be maintained throughout 2024. With ongoing developments in the Czech market and improvements to the GNM software, the number is expected to double by year-end.

Currently, EK is finalizing contracts with major customers and on track to capture about 10% of the fleet business in the Czech market, solidifying its position as the second-largest player. Complaints remain minimal, as it persists in enhancing customer service to ultimately achieve market leadership.
