GROUPAUTO CEE supports network members in their development and provides them with a lot of necessary tools to optimize work and improve their professional knowledge. This is achieved, among other ways, by offering access to a professional technical hotline. Three new individual support services using Pass Thru technology have recently been introduced. Workshops can get remote assistance by gaining access to the Pass Thru services for each car manufacturer, by creating an account, downloading the software, or verifying the correct operation in the car.
Online diagnostics are also helpful in the current diagnosis of vehicles via the platform, for example DTC and parameter interpretation, or selected adaptations. Online consultations are also available to learn the functionality of the platform, for example navigating the platform, obtaining technical documentation, and making an entry in the electronic maintenance book.
The activities of network focus largely on supporting the innovative future of workshops. Keeping up with the changes that are rapidly approaching for the automotive market is a priority. Over the last year, the GROUPAUTO CEE team has been working on a new project, providing business partners the opportunity to be a market innovator. Due to the dynamically developing trend of using hybrid and electric vehicles, the international NexDrive concept has been implemented on the Polish market.
NexDrive, cobranded with EuroWarsztat, has created the first service network in Poland designed to fully prepare, equip, and train workshops to service hybrid and electric vehicles. A dozen EuroWarsztat workshops have applied to participate in the project, which puts development and innovation in first place.
