Another year among the best in the world

Eurotaller Mecanica Marucci, from General Roca, was recognized for its World-Class Marketing. This included advertising, online advertising, content creation, and use of social media in the network, among other promotional aspects for the workshop.

Eurotaller Cervantes Gas, from Mendoza, was awarded in the World-Class Customer Service category for their customer service, client satisfaction, and the quality of service provided.

Network highlights from the last quarter
With over 60 workshops across the country, the network has reached new areas. Together with the network’s standardized suppliers, the network has developed and complied with a robust training program on product development.

In addition, a technical training program was devised and carried out to certify workshops as Técnicos Eurotaller (Eurotaller Certified Technicians). This is implemented together with a prestigious national institute, the ITCA.

A schedule was drawn up with annual meetings for all members, and the 2022 Buenos Aires Automechanika, with 60 members present in the country’s capital, saw the live Eurotaller Experience. And marketing training sessions were organized, to help members promote and improve both the image of the workshops and on- and offline marketing strategies.

Recognising how important the constant training its members is, Eurotaller has started its third year running of the ‘Tecnicatura Eurotaller’ (Eurotaller Certification) along with ITCA. This is a special study course designed exclusively for the network with the objective of giving its mechanics certified training as technicians.

The programme is reinforced with annual training plan that the Chief Operations Officer designs and through which members have monthly meetings with the standardized suppliers. These meetings give them access to commercial and technical tools for their daily work in their workshops, and encourages the exchange of information or queries about the brand.
