Exceeding expectations

EVERYCAR, the network launched by GROUPAUTO Russia launched as part of the EUROGARAGE International network, is the largest dynamically developing garage network in Russia. It is now actively evolving, and the project has already managed to establish cooperation with a big number of garages in the country, while the number of partnership garages is constantly growing.

In early 2022, there were about 350 garages involved into the network,

and the EVERYCAR team set itself an ambitious goal, to have 1000 garages by 2024. This number no longer seems ambitious: by the beginning of 2023, more than 950 garages have joined the network. These garages are operating successfully not only in central Russia, but the network is also actively developing towards Siberia and the Far East, supported by the largest distributors of spare parts in the Russian Federation, including AUTO-EURO, AUTORUS, ARKONA and ROSSKO.

Why does EVERYCAR attract so much attention among garages and the partners? Participation in the project doesn’t imply any additional costs and doesn’t tend to restructure business operations. In fact, garages continue to do what they have been doing: providing high-quality service for customers and purchasing spare parts from the partner suppliers through the partner distributors. As network participants, they also receive a variety of benefits. These include special offers, as suppliers and distributors usually give bonuses and gifts for purchasing certain groups of products in certain months.

EVERYCAR participants are always first to know about all the promotions. There are also special offers from third-party partners to cooperate with such programs: as My Team, a post-service customer call to identify any mistakes at work; AutoDealer, 1C, or STOCRM, which is software designed for garages; and a variety of companies who aim to simplify the work of garages by providing everything they need. These are real advantages and significant bonuses that help garages to choose high-quality partners.

There is also access to the GROUPAUTO Russia Academy online training centre. This GROUPAUTO project was designed for the development of garages through the professional growth of employees. Over the years, the Academy has trained several thousand employees from all over Russia through online and offline training, webinars, and intensive sessions.

The online training centre includes interactive lessons for self-training for directors, mechanics, and master consultants. Academy trainers are professionals who have worked in the auto business for decades. There is also a separate unit that contains useful material for garage processes, such as scripts for telephone calls, entertaining audio and video materials for the clients’ zone, pre-employment assessment tests, job descriptions, and much more.

The GROUPAUTO Russia Academy regularly holds major training events for the garages’ directors and employees. It’s like studying at university, where students have lectures, homework, and a lot of practical input. And there is a loyalty program that makes training for network members as affordable as it is possible.

Another benefit is participation in the monthly EVERYCUP competition. Every month, directors and master consultants can participate in tests and assignments designed by the network’s trainers. Winners receive gifts from the project.

The garages also become participants in monthly prizes draw, worth up to 1,000,000 points. By participating in events and improving garage work results, all EVERYCAR network members are engaged in a monthly draw of 1,000,000 points, which can be used on the EVERYSHOP site for employees training, tools and equipment, staff workwear, and other goods that are necessary for garage operation.

Lastly, one more significant advantage needs to be added: by becoming a part of the EVERYCAR network, each garage gets additional promotion on www.everycar.ru website. This website is aimed at B2C customers to facilitate visits to EVERYCAR garages. On this website, using an interactive map and a list of garages in needed region, any car owner can find the garage that will be comfortable to visit.

Besides participating in special promotions which EVERYCAR develops for garage visitors, network members can improve their scores by attracting more and more new clients on terms which are favourable for everyone.
